Pivot table page fields - clear old data

I have a Pivot table which I use to collate and analyse customer order data.

At the end of FY10/11, I copied the spreadsheet and removed the raw data so I could start to populate it with the data from FY11/12.

I use page fields on some of these pivots to filter the data and hide data items I do not want to appear in a pivot.

After removing the FY10/11 data, all of the data is still showing in the hide items section for each page field.

How do I clear the old data from the hide items section? 90% of the data is from the old FY10/11 data and no longer relevant.

Cheers

Sam
