Pivot Table Page ?

I have a pivot table of an excel ss where I have added fillers(. 20 zeroes and a 1) to keep the pivot table the same for each page. There are three(3) pages, on the lowest level(page 3) any item selected in the page produces the same pivot table, as expected with the fillers. The next page level(page 2) up however does not. I have been unable to figure out why with the filler the level above, which in the smallest case, only includes one item from page 3 does not return the same pivot.
