Is there a way to refresh all pivot tables in a workbook at the same time? I have several across multiple tabs.

thanks

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
If you are using Excel 2007 or 2010 you can go to the Data tab in the ribbon, and press the "Refresh All" button. This will go through all of the tables and refresh them.

You could also use some VBA such as this:

Code:
Sub RefreshAllPivotTables()

Dim PT As PivotTable
Dim WS As Worksheet

    For Each WS In ThisWorkbook.Worksheets

        For Each PT In WS.PivotTables
          PT.RefreshTable
        Next PT

    Next WS

End Sub

Hope that helps
