My worksheet has a macro that updates a query and then refreshes a pivot table. When I save the worksheet to another PC that is running Excel 2003, the macro runs until it blows up trying to refresh the pivot table. Opening the worksheet on that PC I notice that I cannot refresh the pivot table because the drop down menu item is greyed out. How can I get the menu item to function?
