Hello

I am making a pivot table with the purpose of using the Pivot Graphs.

I have the "date" and the "period" running along the x axis and the number of failures running in the y axis, with the failurre type in the middle.

What i want to do is show all the dates, even without data. I do this by clicking on the "show items with no data". However when i do this the dates run across the two periods.

So for example - P3 is 02/04/2011 to 06/05/2011. P4 is 07/05/2011 to 19/06/2011.

I only want to show the blanks in each respective period. But, for example, i get 10/05/2011 in P3, when it should be in P4 only.

Help!
