how to make running total in..based on date not use Pivot Table but use usually formula

Just add the Units field to the values areas three times and for the second one choose to show it as a running total in the date, then for the third choose to show it as a % running total in the date.

hi Rory, i have do what your suggestion but not show simultance , i want to show together "total", "running total in date", "% running total in date..

ops...sorry Rory, you're right. Now, 3 models have showing.

but i'm still confuse how do it use Calculated Field? can do that?

If you have Power Pivot, yes.
