Pivot Table Slicers

Hi,

I have a workbook with several pivot tables and created slicers to manage the data showing. I have noticed that when i now create a new pivot table in the workbook, the slicers do not allow me to connect to the new pivot table.
Thinking that it may be something to do with the slicers, i recreated them but found that the only pivot table it will allow me to connect to is the new one which i created.

Can someone help shed some light on this issue please?

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
You can only connect slicers to a table if it uses the same cache as the slicer does.

The simplest way is to use the pivot table wizard to set it up (Alt+DP) which allows you to specify that you want to create a new pivot based on an existing one.
