Pivot table Sum & Average subtotals together help

I've tried adding a blank column in my original data table , then using that field as a blank column for adding a multiple subtotal but No success. The pivot table Will only SUM each inner and outer Row field. Is it possible to do what I want in the attached photo that has AVG & SUM? Sorry Don't have the xl2bb installed yet - company computer...
