I am having a problem with the Sum Totals, on my pivot table, for my calculated fields.

I'll simplify my problem in this example.

I have three headers; Name, Salary, Raise percentage.

My pivot table calculated field is Salary * Raise (entitiled Raise Amount).

On the pivot table I have Name on the row and the sum of Salary, Raise and Raise Amount on the data.

The calculated field is correct by Name, but the total for the name is more then it should be ($500 instead of $250, if there are 2 people).

How I get that final total to add the total amount correctly?

The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
