Pivot Table: time field only displaying minutes

If I format my source table's time column as Time, then it looks nice, but then the pivot table will only show:
:00
:01
:02
...
:59
It only shows the minutes.

Though if I switch the format to General, then the pivot table displays the correct time format 10:21 PM, but the table's time is all decimalified.

What do?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
What happens if you click in the Pivot table Time field, right click and select Field Settings.
In the bottom left corner do you see Number Format ?
If you do can you set that to Time ? or if you are adding up time and you want duration use a custom format of [h]:mm.
