Hi

I got a pivot where I`ve set a field to show me "MAX" value instead of totals. Is there a way where grand total of that field show me sum instead of "MAX" value? Your help would me much appreciated.

Thanks

But there is no such option. Which excel version you have got? I got 2007. I tried to set feild to show sum on grand total but that also changes actual field to sum as well.
By the way I believe you also replied my "Cash Forecast" post, which I managed to sort, thanks. Your help on above would be much appreciated.
