Would you be kind enough to tell the forum what version of excel you are using (And update your profile accordingly). Also, Mr. Excel has a tool called xl2bb add (Link below) that allows you to post miniworksheets of your data. That unfortunately will not post the pivot table structure but the forum will be able to recreate much more easily.

I did a pivot table, it is on the top right. Then did SUMIFS and COUNTIFS Summarization, they all match. Please explain why you think your PIVOT Table is not working? As I said, you need to provide examples of how the pivot is set up and what it looks like.
