Hi,

I have a pivot table which is to show training completion across a number of modules, for each individual.

When someone completes a module, it will show as either 'Passed' or 'Attended' - depending on the module type. All modules are grouped under 3 pillars, and what I want is to be able to give a % completion for each person, for each pillar.

I hadn't used sets before but I managed to get a solution using them. The problem is that the modules they need to complete will change, with some new ones being added and old ones being removed. Sets seem fine for a static list but I don't think this will work due to the changing module list. If there is a solution without using them, that would be great.

I have attached an image to show how the data is formatted but please let me know if you need anything else.

Many thanks
