pivot table trouble

Hi

I have data set, i have generated a pivot table,
the table is as follows:

if you see row numbers are generated 1,2,3 etc up to 21 but there are some missing numbers 8, 14 etc,

this is happening because values are zero, pivot table is not considering this and that row is not generated in table

same thing also happening in columns also

please suggest

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Hi

it looks me me like you are not displaying the zeros in your data.
In the pivot table, double-click on the Type button in the row area.
Add a check mark to 'Show items with no data', then click OK

heres how to show items with no data

Go onot your pivot table wizard, hit layout In your 'row' area, double click the row item, this will bring up the pivot table field box.

At the bottom of this is 'show items with no data'- you need to tick this

I could able to find the "show items with no data" button, but that is disabled

any help
