Pivot Table Unique Count

Good morning!
I have a pivot table with account numbers on it and multiple services. I want to know a distinct count of invoices and not count them with each service. So in the below table I want my pivot to count 3 invoices. Can this be done?

Invoice #	Service	Amount
1234	Apples	1.00
1234	Bananas	.50
2345	Cherries	.10
3456	Watermelon	3.00
