Pivot Table Updating

I have a list of Invoices and show a summary of these in a Pivot Table. The first one shows YTD Totals and the Second by Invoices by Month.

Each Pivot table has the same data range, but one updates the current Invoices to today, but the monthly only has the Invoices to early May?

Thus the prolem is the Monthly Pivot table won't update. Appreciate any thoughts.

Probably you have to select the whole range
