I've got a pivot table that shows names down one side and job titles across the top. Is there a formula where I can use a new column to find someone's job title based on the cell that holds the 1? E.g. Person 1's job title is Head of People, so they have blank cells against all titles except HoP in column O. I've tried HLOOKUPs, Index and Match functions and I'm coming up against a brick wall. PLEASE tell me that one of you gurus has a simple way to do this!
