Pivot Table with Same Data Field Multiple Times

How to put same data field in data area multiple times and use Sum Of Filed, Count of Field etc ?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Sort by date Sort by votes
Add the field to the DataField in the PT as many times as needed - alter the Field Settings of each instance to Sum, Average, Count etc as required.

Can't you just drag the relevant field into the data area and as suggested change the settings?
