dear all

i prepared a pivot table presenting the sales by customer and their percentages.so customer is in the row label and the amount is dragded twice to the Values field ( one as amount and one as percentage).

than i show only the top 10 customer with their sales and percentage.

the problem i facing is that the percentage i am getting is from the total of the top ten, but i want it show the percentage from the initial grand total ( the whole sales total).

so in summary i want it to show sales by customer, and percentage of each from the Total sales and not from the total of the top ten.

appreciate any help.
