Is it possible to sort 2 or 3 columns of data, regardless or where the column is situated in the table.
Ex: Date - Branch - region - district - ID #
Can I sort by Branch and then by region leaving the columns in the order listed, without using the date column?

Thank you,
Lon

Is the raw data organized in those columns? If so, you might be able to use the Filter function under the "data" tab.

Otherwise, you could try using the "Report Filter" function within the PivotTable view by dragging the "Branch" and "Region" fields into the Report Filter area. This way, you could filter out undesired Branch and Region values.
(I can't entirely envision what your raw data looks like so I am not sure if this is helpful).
