I have a pivot table with data by director, manager, and sales rep. In my manager field, I used to have a manager called "canmngr". This position no longer exists, and it is not in the source data that the pivot table pulls from. However, it's listed when I hit my dropdown in the pivot table manager field. This holds true even if I refresh data. Why is this choice still here? Is there a way to get rid of it that won't mess up formatting I've applied to the pivot table?

Thanks,

Bill
