Pivot tables

Hi THere,

running Office2010, extracting data directly from a table, questions as follows;

My grand total column, I would like 3, Max, Min and average, i have been able to do this ,but only by duplicating my values, so for each column, i now have 3.

eg
porta portb avge max min
security x 6 10 8 10 6

currently i show 6 6 6 10 10 10 to return my data

also, i am extracting from sql table and my grand totals do not add up exactly to 100, 100.01 etc, any ideas how i can fix this as well?

appreciate this has not worked quite as well as was hoping, the big question is how do i retrieve multiple population groupings, ie
porta portb portc ave max min
security a--- 7 ---- ---- 9 ---- ---- 8 ---- 8 9 7
security b
security c


currently to return the ave max and min, i need to return these resulsts for portfolios a, b & c.

Is this clearer? I'm sure this is an easy thing to fix but....
