Hi,

I have a PivotTable set up for a number of regions (columns) and a number of rows, about 25, for various revenue centres. I have the values as a % of column. However a number of the revenue centres are irrelevant and i have filtered for the top 10 revenue centres then set up a PivotChart, the problem however is then that the % changes to be the % of the column or top 10 values showing, but I want to keep these as the % of the original 25 revenue centres.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
You could work out the % of the total in the source data, something like
=A1/(sum($A$1:$A$20)
assuming 20 rows of data,
and pivot this data and show as sum, then just show the ones you want in the pivot table.
