I am going to put out to members that I suspect that this is homework or an assignment, given the lack of the brief here, and following on from your previous thread that appears to be copy and paste of an assignment brief: Loop thru items in listbox to see if selected. Take selected items, copy selected items. Then paste selected items into spreadsheet.

While we don't forbid this, many members are somewhat disinclined to assist members with regards to homework, unless they can illustrate a determined attempt and aptitude to learn the material.

if this is all you need, then OK,
but everything should be a list. The list is filled from tables:
tINGREDIENTS
sausage
pepperoni
mushrooms

tSIZE
12"
18"

then you can add on items simply by adding the table and they then show in the listbox.
you would dbl-click the item to Add To Cart.

using check boxes requires programming everytime you add or delete an item.
