Please help me to find formula,trying from 2 months now

I want to find and highlight values from High column which are 10 times greater than low value but both these high and low values should be of same expiry date,same strike price , same option type...and if that criteria meets..then need to add 1 more criteria that high values date should be greater than that low value

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
