This is how the downtime for tech looks like.
It has decreased in feb and then after that it has been continously increasing after that till june...
I was suppose to show in percentage how this increase and decrease has been happening....

Please advise how should i go about this....my bose wants this done soon....for presentation..thanks everyone for helping!!!

Where did you get your percentage figures from?

What is it you want to represent?

If you simply want a percentage increase/decrease month by month then you should be able to use the formulas posted already.

How to show it in PPT?

Well I think you'd want to use a chart for that, just like you would in Excel.
