populate in combobox based selection another combobox and link spinbutton

hello
i have 3 combobox 1= col b 2 = col c 3 = col d what i want when i select from combobox2,3 then populate in combobox1 and link spin button when i increase or decrease showing me the next name in combobox1 by the way in combobox1 ,2= text and 3= mixed text and number
