Populate listbox when opening ready for user to select & delete

Morning.
Im looking to do the following if you could advise please.

Open a listbox, populate it from worksheet, select customer in lisbox, delete from worksheet.
Some info for you.

Worksheet is called CUSTOMERS
Populate listbox using customers names of which are in column A
First customers name starts at row 3 & then down the page.
When a customer is selected in the listbox delete their records on the worksheet of which will be column A:J

When a user selects a name in the listbox can you advise how that customers row is then delete from the worksheet.
