I have 2 columns A2:A50 & H2:H50 containing NAMES & 'backgrond color + font color'.
If A53 is filled with MATCHING EXACTLY any of A2:A50 then same backgrond color + font color should appear in H53 (output cell address).

Ex:
A2=SAM H2= background color yellow & font color Red
A3=JUman H3= background color Green & font color Blue
A50=JAy H50= background color Red & font color Blue

If:
A53=JUman then H53 should populate same backgrond color + font color i.e Green & Blue.

Is it possible or just my wishful thinking. Please help.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
if you are using 2007 or later then you could conditional format for just the four, if you have many variations thats not practical and I guess in need of a UDF

Ok. Now I have changed & filled H2:H50 with values.
Can I get same value in H53 (output cell) for the matching A53 with A2:A50?
