Possible in excel question

Looking to see if this is possible in excel. It would be great if anyone could lead me in the right direction.

A1 there is a number
B2 Were text would go
C1 there is a number

If A1 is greater than C1 B2 says "Winner"
If A1 is less than C1 B2 says "Loser"
If A1 is equal to C1 B2 says "Draw"
