possible to delete if..?

I run a report daily to get an accurate invintory of items. i go into each item and see what needs to be done. I go in to each cell and 'hard' color code everything with cyan, red, green and orange. A new report is produced every day so there is several wookbooks. The item numbers are staticly placed in A:A column. the number look like 01-23456-1. I would like to create something so that if there is some cell(s) that have the cyan color and matches the following days item number it will be deleted.

cyan=no progress
red=need more info
green= good to go
orange=wait time on the item

Here is an example of the report.
