Post sum of a range against all cells in the range given a condition

I have some 1000 random values in column A for example: 45, 14, 9, 72 and son on. I want to add up subsequent cells in the range so that the sum is less than 100 and put the sum of the range in column B against all the cells in the range and then move up to the next range.
