I notice that I don't have permissions to post attachments.

How do I get permissions?

If I can't post attachments, then my help on the board will be very limited.
 
You can't post attachments on this site. You can put them on an external site like box or dropbox and post a link.
 
Though we prefer you use one of the tools used for sharing a portion of a sheet. Especially since many members cannot/will not download a file. And also, it makes the post useless if all the help is done via file sharing.
