I'm trying to remove duplicates in my table in Power Query and when I use the Table.Distinct function, it removes all rows of my table so I end up with an empty table. How is this possible?

My table is very basic with columns like
CodeDescription
EB123Description 1
EB1234Description 2
EB123Description 1

<tbody>
</tbody>

Is there anything that can cause this behavior?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
I found that if I use Table.Buffer before the Table.Distinct step, it works.

Can anyone explain why this would be necessary?
