Hi,

Is it possible to fix slicers so that they only ever unfilter specified items?

For example, say I have a data set of fruit sold and the fruits sold last month was apple, bananas and pears. I always want pears excluded from the analysis so I take out pears from the slicer selection. Next month we sell some cherries. When I refresh the pivot table the cherries are unfiltered as well as the pears even though we have only specified pears to be unfiltered.

Is there a way around this?

Thanks

Hi,
not to my knowledge. A behavior like this can only be forced in PivotTableFilters.
