Hi all,
I have approx 600K rows of data that I need to MM with word in letter format to approx 2400 recipients.
Initial trials with cut-down volume of data/recipients produces an issue; when I try to merge the data it does not pick up all of the data... each recipient needs to recieve details only applicable to them but the number of instances that they need to recieve is variable....
Any pearls of wisdom out there as I do not normally venture in the "Word" arena and am struggling a bit - I can post data to be merged if required but reelly trying to solve the issue of how to get word to pick up the variable amount of rows from excel....
