These are the calculated fields being used to get a Percent change from baseline.


1.)ED % Change=([EDLegFT/Hr]-[EDLegFT/HrBaseLine])/([EDLegFT/HrBaseLine])

2.)EDLegFT/HrBaseLine=5.50

Need help w/ creating the previous years [EDLegFT/HR] and make it current years baseline[EDLegFT/HrBaseLine] .

What I would like to avoid is having to create a new calculation w/ a number as I did for the current : EDLegFT/HrBaseLine=5.50

Any help would be appreciated.
