prining issues

I have a workbook with columns A-K. I can only preview A-D and that's all it prints. what am I missing? I'm using Excel XP but the file is from a lter version and it converts it from a .xlsx when I open it.

Check out Print Area from the View Menu and also any settings you might have in PageSetup.
