print area macro

I have a worksheet that generates a different size of print area each time the data extraction is done from the original system. I want to set this print area for the users using a macro; however if I do this using the End button and Arrow keys to find the ‘edges’ of the sheet data area, the macro records these as an ‘absolute’ area (e.g. a1:z99) as opposed to a ‘relative’ area (e.g. ‘End, Down: End, Right).

How do I counter this??

Thanks in advance.

John

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Hi,

Use the .CurrentRegion property to referenced the range, unless it is broken up into areas.

If I am correct to assume that you are importing data to a worksheet, try to reference...

Range("A1").CurrentRegion

to get the dataset.
