Printing

When I click print preview in Excel it seems to take a long time come up with the preview and the print box
There is nothing wrong with speed or capacity of computer
Any ideas?

Review the selection of the range which you are selecting forprint? If it is too large then it will take a while to preview.....

You can also check view by clicking VIEW |PAGE BREAK PREVIEW...this will tell you where all you page breaks are.
