Problem adding sheets to workbook

I made this workbook and sent it out. Now i need to insert additional sheets and i can't. The workbook isn't locked or password protected and yet when right click on a sheet the insert and several other options are not available to choose. Need some assistance on this please. and if you need to look at the workbook let me know how to send to you. Thanks, Shawn
