Column 3 is the output column on sheet1. I think It is clear by my data that I want the number next to the number in column 2 & should match with column 1. I am using the formula:

This formula is only working for first three values , means only for A. When I drag down the formula it shows FALSE.

There's something wrong with the last thread I have posted. Only half the formula has come through.

Here's one VBA approach which should work as it essentially uses the formula as it is.

I am unable to do it. When I am running the code, "#value!" is coming as output.

Can someone please convert Matty's formula into VBA Code? That formula is working fine with Excel. I want that formula on command button.

Remove spaces from the ARRAY formula posted below and check the result:
=MIN(IF(Sheet2!$A$2:$A$22=Sheet1!$A$2,IF(Sheet2!$B$2:$B$22 > Sheet1!B2,Sheet2!$B$2:$B$22)))
