problem in shared file

hello,
Excel file shared by several employees, A message appears with some of the staff when it opens, After skipping the message file status be (read-only).
what is the solving of this problem?

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Shared file alot of employees use it, sometimes when some employees open it they find it read only.
How can i solve this problem?
