Problem inserting a new row on excel

Hi,

When i right click to insert a new row the following message keeps popping up: "cannot shift objects off sheet" i have checked to see whether this workbook is locked or restricted and it is not. If i try inserting a line on any sheet in this workbook i am unable to.
