Problem navigating XL 2010 with arrow keys

Hello Folks, I have had XL 2010 for a few months now, and today I noticed I can no longer use the arrow keys to move from cell to cell. And yes, the cells ARE UNLOCKED!

Does anyone have any suggestions for me as to how to fix this?
