problem shows symbol "û" instead of right & wrong mark by using XL2BB tool

Hi experts ,
Recently, I published some topics that contain a true or false flag using this formula

=IF(E2=0,CHAR(252),CHAR(251))

Unfortunately, when using XL2BB tool , it will only appear as an symbol û instead of showing a true or false flag
The question is, Either is the problem with my account settings or XL2BB tool that does not show the right or wrong sign?

XL2BB shows everything using the "Arial Unicode MS" font, not the font you are using in your sheet.
