Ok Im no good with VBA so if your solution involves code go slow!

I have raised this before but once again.

I need some code or a formula which will look down column a in sheet 1 and for all entries which match the values in column a of sheet 2 will check for the text im in column d. If this text is absent it needs to take the name of the individual and put it in a new sheet.

Secondly if colum d contains the text im but the value in colum a sheet 1 does not match a value listed in colum a sheet 2 we need to copy the individual details and paste them in a new sheet.

Please help!

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
