Progress bar for calculation progress

Hi,

I am not actually running any code at the time Excel is doing its calculation so I have NO loop to increment the progress bar with.

What I would like to do is map the calculation progress displayed in the status bar on to a more prominent display - maybe in a userform. Please share if you have a good approach.

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
have a look at post#7 HERE in which I attempted to display the statusbar in a userform while excel is performing a lengthy calculation..... It works for excel 2003 and below.
