Criteria
  • Each person is given a score between 0-4.
  • To pass, each person has to obtain a minimum of three level 3's and two level 2's (for example Person 2 and 5 pass).
  • Note: Person 1 fails even though he/she has a higher total score than person 2<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

How do i Calculate the progress percentage where 100% is the minimum score of (2,2,3,3,3), and anything above that score is also 100%

This is not working. Can you please have another look.

looking at the data; Person_1 needs to score 1 more on A, and 1 more on B, to pass. whereas, person_4 needs score 2 more on B and 2 more on E to pass. But, the formula gives the same percentage (60%) for both, which is incorrect. Can you fix this please?

Can you manually calculate the percentages you expect for each and show those results? I'll then try to create a formula.

Your verbal description doesn't fully explain all your criteria.

Slightly different to AlphaFrog's suggestion.

This works on the basis that each pass will be worth 20%, the 2 lowest scores will be calculated as being 2 point passes (each point worth 10% if below pass rate), the remaining 3 scores are calculated as 3 point passes (each point worth 6.66% if below pass rate).

I've left Alpha's formula in Column H to compare results, please note the results for Person 6.
