I have a user form and I need all the available fields available in the user form to have data inputted in them before the user can click on a button to confirm and exit.

How do I program this in VBA?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
the user form consists of a series of text boxes where the user is asked to input values.

For example, I have text boxes called AreaShop and ZoneNum which must be filled before exiting the user form.

Test that the controls don't contain null in your button click event procedure. If they do, use MsgBox to inform the user and exit the Sub.
